After the hard work of cleaning your boat it is worth while protecting all that 'elbow grease' with a coat of polish. A polish coat acts as a protective layer, helping to prevent the build up of dirt and grime over time and potentially saving you a lot of time when the boat needs a 'refinement' clean for the next voyage.

Star brite Premium Marine Polish with PTEF is extremely user-friendly (easy going on the already tired cleaning arms!), simply polish on, allow to dry and wipe off. The result is bright, smooth surfaces that repel dirt, grime, oil and stains.

With the additional benefit of PTEF (one of the lowest coefficients of friction against any solid; meaning it reduces surface friction and hence, goes some way to preventing dirt and grim clinging on to the covered surface), the surface is coated in a super-smooth, durable non-stick layer which helps guard against UV rays and oxidation, both of which are a cause of fading and dulling.

We find this polish extremely useful and use it on projects in the yard. As long as the hard work has been put in to prepare the surface first, we feel it provides a longer lasting protective coat.
